Yes there was a clipping of a friends truck, I take responsibility for that. Friend drops truck to get an estimate with Mike. $2800 and I agree to pay that and not go through insurance. Friend arranging day and time a couple weeks later to drop truck. Mike then says $2400 since some things won't need to be done as previously thought. On pick up of said truck by friend $5100. Dirt bag company rep Irene says its industry standard! Ok well it's the publics right to have our say. You suck!

I have unfortunately had to take my car in 3 times in the last 2 years and have always gone to craftsman collision. They are top one repair place! They always return the car washed and completely cleaned inside and out. They give exceptional service and courtesy cars are available. They have done things done for no charge on top of the repairs brought in for. I would highly recommend them for all of your car accident repairs!
We were very impressed with Mike's efforts to locate a replacement door from multiple sources on our behalf. His and his team efforts rescued our vehicle from being discarded. And he did not give us a "purple" door either! Irene was lovely and happy for us too. We recommend choosing this office for great interest in positive results.
