I can't even express how amazing this shop was to me. My car was fixed VERY quickly, and very thoughtfully! From the estimate to the cleaning before I received my car you can tell they treat your property as their own. Definitely the only shop I'll be coming to for any future car repairs! We had a great experience with Craftsman Collision! Paul, Norma, Ross & Ashley greeted us first when we came to inquire about a private quote. They are so knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process and what it looks like to connect with insurance and the process went exactly as they said.
