Experience, knowledge, and great customer service. What else do you need? They did a great job on my car, right the first time, ready quickly, and treated like I mattered! They even make the paperwork side super easy, and everything processed for me. Amazing staff and experience, highly recommend!
Great shop. I took my 2025 Audi Q3 in for some body work. They handled all the paperwork with ICBC and my other insurance company as well. They finished the work when they said they would. They provided a loaner car. They provided great customer service. This is the second car my family has taken to their shop.
Super impressed with all aspects of my experience getting my car fixed at Craftsman Collision. Nuno and his team did a fantastic job informing me and keeping me posted during the repairs. My car was also sparkling clean inside and out at the end which was amazing! Thank you!
