Always amazing service!
Horrible service, 3 months for a front bumper, no update, no customer retention. They just simply don't care about you. I don't know how they have 4.5 stars because they don't even deserve 1 star. Worst experience ever from a body shop
Craftsman collision did an outstanding job of repairing my car and returning it to me in mint condition. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Their level of commitment and service went beyond anything I have experienced before. It's always rewarding to see a business go the extra mile for their customers! I strongly recommend you bring your vehicle here!!
After choosing Craftsman Collision, in part because of the great reviews, I felt compelled to leave one myself. I had a very positive experience from start to finish. I was given a great courtesy car, and the staff kept me informed of the progress along the way. It took a bit longer than I thought it might, but there were delays with icbc and parts needed to be ordered, etc, as more work needed to be done than originally thought. Horrible communication and lack of customer service. I came here in April 2025 for a front bumper replacement… 2 months later they have not contacted me or updated me at all. Will be going elsewhere and recommend others do as well.
