Yesterday I was in craftsman collision Langley bypass for pick up my car after repair. They texted me hey your car will be ready by tomorrow confirm what time you can pick up the car , I answered I can pick up at 3pm. They said bring your vehicle insurance papers when you come here to pick up the vehicle. I said ok . I went there and handed over insurance papers and then they said did you bring your rental car I said no car is with my wife and she at work now once she gets home I will return it to the rental company. Horrible service, 3 months for a front bumper, no update, no customer retention. They just simply don't care about you. I don't know how they have 4.5 stars because they don't even deserve 1 star. Worst experience ever from a body shop
