Just wanted to send a quick "shout out" to the detail team at Craftsman Collision on the Langley Bypass. I had just a minor repair on my bumper and had not cleaned my car in a LONG while. Upon return of my vehicle after the repair my car exterior as well as my interior was spotless! I also wanted to mention that the front desk office staff were very courteous and extra helpful to ensure I had all the needed paperwork for my insurance deductible claim. Thank you all very much for a great experience!
Excellent service, kept me posted the whole time. AND detailed both inside and outside of my car! Had yet another amazing experience here! Dealt with Kareem V and he fixed the problem right there and then. Backstreet...someone opened the door on my new car and left a mark...and he took car of it.
I had a good experience here. Seemed to do a pretty good job on the repair. They did bodywork as well as alignment and suspension. The alloy wheel looked brand new on completion. The communication was excellent. Friendly in person. The process of using text messages was great and made it easy. There was a delay on getting a part from Acura but after I requested they source elsewhere their mechanic found one. Really appreciated the detailing - car was super clean inside and out when we got it back.
Yesterday I was in craftsman collision Langley bypass for pick up my car after repair. They texted me hey your car will be ready by tomorrow confirm what time you can pick up the car , I answered I can pick up at 3pm. They said bring your vehicle insurance papers when you come here to pick up the vehicle. I said ok . I went there and handed over insurance papers and then they said did you bring your rental car I said no car is with my wife and she at work now once she gets home I will return it to the rental company.
