Someone scraped by our car and pulled the side of the front bumper out about an inch. We couldn't push it back in so we took it to Craftsman Collision Richmond and a technician (unfortunately I didn't get his name, but it was on Monday, September 16 at 2pm) fixed it in less than 5 minutes, got rid of the blue paint the other car had left on ours, and wouldn't accept any payment! He was so very nice and competent, and I definitely know where I'll go if I need a body shop in the future. Very highly recommended.
