“This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a body shop. The staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They acted as if answering a simple question was a burden, and at no point did they bother to explain the repair process or give me a clear timeline. From day one, I felt like they couldn’t care less about me as a customer. Someone scraped by our car and pulled the side of the front bumper out about an inch. We couldn't push it back in so we took it to Craftsman Collision Richmond and a technician (unfortunately I didn't get his name, but it was on Monday, September 16 at 2pm) fixed it in less than 5 minutes, got rid of the blue paint the other car had left on ours, and wouldn't accept any payment! He was so very nice and competent, and I definitely know where I'll go if I need a body shop in the future. Very highly recommended.
