Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, patient, and very thorough with their work. They paid attention to the small details and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I had a great experience at Craftsman Body Shop. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Hong at the front desk was especially helpful and patient. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Craftsman to others.
Kevin and the front counter staff were great. My files was probably a little more complicated than most, but staff dug into it and helped with issues with my insurance carrier. They got me straightened out and good to go!
