I want to thank Jackie and the team at Craftsman Collision for the excellent work they did on my car. Jackie took the time to clearly explain the repair process, which really put me at ease. The work was done quickly, and my car looks amazing—clean and like new again. I really appreciate the hard work and care that went into the repairs. Highly recommend!
One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a longtime. They did great work on repairing my vehicle. they gave me a high quality replacement in the meantime while it was being fixed. They were super patient with me when I had to reschedule the appointment. I would highly recommend these guys.
