Frakking craftsman collision!!!! I called to find out what was happening with my car for the past many weeks without hearing from them,! He wanted my first and last name. I gave it with spelling. He wanted the make, model and year so he could look it up. And I said that my full name and number should be enough, "if your going to be like that I can just let you go!" WHAT?!?! I said fine. I'll find a body shop that can get this job done!!!
