The team here really know how to take care of you. They went above and beyond to get the repairs done on my car quickly. They even took care of damage that happened while the car was in the hands of another company during the repair and just made me feel very well taken care of. I will easily use them in the future if I need repairs done.
Very disappointing experience with Craftsman Collision. When I picked up my vehicle, the trunk (rear hatch) was not aligned properly and does not close correctly — an issue that did not exist before the repair. Even worse, the interior of my car was returned extremely dirty. It looks like the vehicle was not cleaned at all before being handed back to me. I am shocked as to how the Manager Greg spoke to his employee. No manager should ever speak down to someone, especially in front of clients. It's was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The employee handled it in a mature and professional way, perhaps Greg can learn lesson from them. My business will be taken elsewhere in the future and I will pass along this experience.
I recently encountered Greg while I was dropping my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment. After dealing with him for 20 minutes…. It became very clear this business was not a place to leave my vehicle for repairs.
