Over the years I’ve trusted craftsman collision with the repairs on several of my vehicles. I’ve recommended anyone looking for body repair, go to craftsman. Not again, not anymore. Not only did they refuse to stand behind their work (would have been the second time taken back for same simple repair), but went as far as to insinuate the poor outcome of their work, was my doing. The team here really know how to take care of you. They went above and beyond to get the repairs done on my car quickly. They even took care of damage that happened while the car was in the hands of another company during the repair and just made me feel very well taken care of. I will easily use them in the future if I need repairs done.
Very disappointing experience with Craftsman Collision. When I picked up my vehicle, the trunk (rear hatch) was not aligned properly and does not close correctly — an issue that did not exist before the repair. Even worse, the interior of my car was returned extremely dirty. It looks like the vehicle was not cleaned at all before being handed back to me.
