The work done to my car this spring was satisfactory. I only wish they had told me they couldn't/wouldn't fix a fender that kept popping out the first of the 3 times I went back. Beware of Bonnie!
My experience at Craftsman Collision was so unbelievably bad that I honestly regret ever walking through their doors. It took two ridiculous weeks just to get an appointment for a basic windshield replacement, and the service I got wasn’t even worth the wait. The technician, Glenn, acted like he couldn’t be bothered. I clearly said I did not want my spotlight removed or manhandled and yet somehow the plastic that covers A pillar and the plastic that the handle of the light goes through ended up damaged. I can’t say enough good things about Craftsman Collision—and especially Bobbie, the manager. She went above and beyond to complete work I had dropped the ball on literally years ago, yet they still honored it without hesitation. Not only did they fix my car, they even folded my sweater that was in the front seat highly recommend for car and laundry needs
I was in awe of the efficiency of my experience. The day I called in they were able to undertake my vehicle. I had an accident where I needed an accredited company to take on my servicing.
