On a roadtrip from Vancouver Island our bike rack was hit and bike hitch destroyed and needed replacement. Bobbi and team were incredible!!! She researched and found a hitch in Kelowna, had it couriered for Friday to get it installed before the weekend so we could continue our roadtrip with only 1 day delay. Outstanding customer service and really friendly crew all around from front desk to super skilled service team. Took time to teach me how my new rack worked as well.

Craftsman Collison in Vernon, BC did an excellent job of repairing the front-end on my Toyota RAV4. The staff at this location were very professional and easy to deal with. I was very impressed with their quality of service and their prompt and professional means of communicating. The quality of work done on my vehicle was excellent. They even replaced the 3M transparent protective film that I previously had installed on the front-end of my vehicle.
