10/10 experience! My car was ready to pick-up within 1 day and it looks better than before. The staff went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone to come to this location if they need their car fixed. Nakul, specifically was very helpful and we appreciated his kindness.
Got paint repair done and it started cracking again at the same spot, go somewhere else if you want it fixed properly
A few months ago, I had a poor experience with my vehicle repair at Craftsman Collision—from drop-off to pickup. There were concerns about customer service, aggressive communication, and the use of aftermarket parts rather than original ones. I felt the quality of materials used was not up to standard, and some issues like bumper flexibility and headlight alignment raised concerns for me.
