When I picked up my car, I was surprised looking at my car. The repairs were flawless. You’d never know there had been any damage at all. The paint matched perfectly, and the detailing work made my car look showroom new. They clearly take great pride in their craftsmanship.
From start to finish, my experience at Craftsman collision Delta was absolutely top-notch. After being involved in an accident, I was understandably stressed about getting my car repaired but the team here made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly pleasant.
My experience whit this shop was horrible. They lei to me at the beginning that they will check my car throughly and asked me the pictures of the collision. I sent them the pictures and they ignored and never check what is wrong with my car. They were very rude at the pick up time, and said to me “just call ICBC if you have concerns.” I was very disappointed and not recommended anyone to go through that. Please save your time and never trust that shop.
About a year ago, I brought my car in for repairs to the front end and the side mirror. What followed was a month-long nightmare with zero communication. I had to call them multiple times just to get basic updates or an estimated completion date. Still, I tried to be understanding, assuming they were just busy.
