Was involved in a collision with a new driver. Looked not that bad but when car was opened up was way worse. Craftsman did an excellent job, and it looks very well done. It was much longer than expected but none of it was their fault. Kudos to a job well done. Thanks Dennis Wyatt

Extremely professional and friendly staff. I had the details of the claim and repair procedures explained, got a curtesy car offered and promised the whole thing will be done in timely manner. In the meantime I got text messages updating me about the repair process and asking if I have any questions. The quality of the repair was beyond my expectations, the car was also vacuumed inside and washed outside. I will not hesitate to recommend the Scott Road location repair center in the future.
