This review is on behalf of my friend who just had her truck worked on. The work this shop did was good, no complaints there, but my complaint is how they handled the dead battery. The truck was in an accident in April and so the truck sat for 4 months, and so of course the battery was dead. Where this shop failed was not informing my friend, who is a single mother of 5, let her leave knowing that this shop had nothing but problems with the battery while the truck was in there possession. My car had an accident, left front side was badly damaged . Craftsman collision at this location did a superb job in a timely manner. Car looks brand new. During the repair work, I spoke to Elaine, Jackie & Ryan, I got excellent customer service from all of them. All of them were very friendly, courteous and professional in addressing all my queries. I will highly recommend this place for auto body repair/work.
Highly recommend when it comes to getting your car repaired after an accident. The staff communication while explaining the repair process and updates throughout the repair process were excellent. The repair time was was pretty fast. My car looks better than new. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
Great place to fix your vehicle. You don't need to do anything with the claim. They'll do it for you. Great quality of work and representation with ICBC. Highly recommend the bodyshop chain.
