The manager there, a bearded guy is extremely rude and condescending. Very poor customer service. I took my business elsewhere. Verbally Asking someone to walk out of your office and using your hands to motion them to go out as if driving out an unwanted homeless person, then coming online to do a PR write up is just diabolical. I don’t want to bring another context into this, that probably made you do what you did, Cos I am very certain you don’t treat everyone the same way.
The best service for semi-trucks. I arrived, they got the job done in an hour, and the price was excellent. I really recommend them to any semi-truck driver.
I had picked my car up from a local tire shop with a huge crack in my windshield. I needed my windshield replaced and went with the local one with the best reviews…. I cannot recommend Craftsman Auto Glass enough, specifically Scott. I ended up getting a chip on my Tesla Model 3 windshield at the absolute worst time while I was in the middle of moving apartments. I was incredibly stressed about the insurance claim and how a third-party shop would handle the tech, but Scott completely put my mind at ease.
