The staff (Tristen?) has had the worst attitude. He was dishonest, hostile and rude. After my car was damaged in an accident, I told him I was worried about the noises while driving. However, he said, “I don’t care,” and ignored my safety concerns, and refused to do anything even if there was an internal problem. He told me to take it to a Mecanic at my own expense once the repair work was done, and told me “I am not going to pay for the Mecanic”even though it’s was 100% other driver’s fault. Last week, I had contacted Crafsman Auto Glass (on Landmark Way, Surrey) for my windshield replacement. Jody whom I dealt with was very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. She clearly explained the process , kept me updated throughout. The job was completely at their location on 96th Ave and Scott Road as it's closer to my home.
