I had the repair of my car finished today. As usual, I received an automated email asking to review the service. There was a silly question: "Please share your experience with us so that we can provide the best service" (or something like that). What can I say to that? I already received the best service there is from Craftsman Collision. 5 times overall at CC and for the second time at this workshop. How much better than the best can that be? :-)

I wish to commend Mario, Assistant Manager, for going above and beyond providing me with excellent service while I was dealing with ICBC after my car accident at the end of May. He not only was efficient, professional and an expert in his field but also very kind, compassionate and caring for my car situation and my dilemma with the difficult and lengthy process with ICBC.
