Worst experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. They did a terrible job (car looks worse than it did before I brought it in). There appears to be more damage to the car now than when I brought it in. Brian is the guy that worked on my car and when I tried to point these things out, he got defensive and aggressive. Rude and condescending, especially from Paul Szymanski. If insurance approved a service claim, then why are you fighting against it? If you don’t want to work on a car, just say so. Claiming that a Toyota of 100,000+ miles isn’t worth saving? A Toyota’s lifespan can last 300,000-500,000 miles! Seems like they don’t know what they’re doing here and their MICROAGGRESSIONS are not helping. Don’t waste your time here!
Why is customer service so terrible, specifically from Paul Szymanski? Please do better, whether it means training that man on how to talk to others or how to do basic job responsibilities. If you find that insurance approves cost coverage, why is your immediate reaction to deny service? Terrible manners, unhelpful “advice,” horrible communication, and extremely unprofessional staff. Seems like there are workers here that “know it all” better than insurances what is covered or not on an accident. If the insurance themselves covers the cost, why are you overturning what they decide to cover? Do YOUR job and fix the car. Horrible place
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This place does not deserve 3.8 and it should be lower. If I could give negative stars, I would! Horrible service! Disrespectful & demeaning staff. This place was recommended by my insurance to get an estimate of the damage on my rear bumper due an accident. After this person named Paul Szymanski inspected & test drove my car, he already warned me that insurance wouldn’t cover the damage because my car is almost 157,000 miles and 2011 Toyota Highlander.
