Looks nice on the outside but once u get past the welcome sign the truth comes to light, most of the homes are nice on the outside an damaged on the inside, a tenant spoke an said that management keeps keys to all the homes an will come in unannounced weather u be at home or not, an that they are asked to spy on other tenants like watch dogs, so id say privacy goes out the window there,some are welcomeing an other not so much,if they don't like the way u look they will call an complain to management, it's affordable but idk ... read more
They will threaten to tow your car if you have a modify exhaust so if your a car person stay clear trailers are old close together and have seen somethings but the price is reasonable the people are not so much
