I have been dealing with Craftpak for the past 7 years. its easy, submit my order, pay for it and it is sent.
Very friendly and helpful. Even gave advice on product purchased elsewhere. The product we purchased is great quality and at a really good price!
The team at Craftpak are fantastic. They are informative, friendly, reliable and efficient. I am so pleased with my order, and appreciate the effort they took to make the process of ordering and processing an order simple.
They used to be good but now 5 letters and one word describes them. S.L.O,W. Customer service is very poor and no apologies or follow-up when purchased items fail to be delivered. To be avoided. Not sure how the company response explains this situation. Order was paid for 16 January. Delivery was to another suburb in Brisbane on the same side of the river (north side) - a distance of less than 30 kilometres. It is now the 28 January and no delivery date has been confirmed. Emails are not being answered.
Whenever I need something at short notice or a quick turnaround, the team is there to help. Quality is excellent and love that its Australian made with many recycled earth friendly options.
