This company is about as loyal as a cat, they developed our neighborhood, promised to repair the roads once we got the HOA established, which I have in writing, but when they learned how much it was going to cost they left us holding the bag and then had an attorney send a threatening letter when the HOA president attempted to resolve with upper management, so very careful, they are not trust worthy!
