My dad passed away MAY 2021. He had prearranged what he wanted at his time of death. Choosing CRAFTON'S FUNERAL HOME was a grave mistake to say the least ! Ann and her son PATRICK lied TIME AFTER TIME ABOUT MY dad's VA GRAVE MARKER. Patrick DIDN'T order marker until February 1st. They chose to BELIEVE my dad was not a worthy VETERAN. I CALLED VETERANS WASHINGTON DC AND THEY THOUGHT OTHERWISE. My FAMILY went through 9 months of hell and no marker. HOPEFULLY they have learned by THEIR BAD decisions.
