Too many broken promises. Only finished 1/4 of the job and wanted to be paid. Salesman was a scam artist. No communication and ourt of state subcontractors
Made appointment with this company for estimate. They never showed. Rescheduled for new time and day and took time off to be available. They called half hour before and said they could not make it. Gave them one more chance on another day and again they called one hour before and said they would be late. Then they called and said they could not make it at all. I would not waste your time with this company.
I have yet to have work done through this company, but have been very pleased with their follow up and help thus far. Based on a referral from our home inspector, we reached out to this company and they helped explain the legalities and challenges of our situation, something other companies were not willing to do. After we are able to settle into our first home, we will definitely be reaching out to them. 4 of 5 stars only because we have not had any work done yet.
They were supposed to come to home. But called said, " will just give you the rare price over the phone."
Had a satisfying experience working with Craftmasters Remodeling when it came to replacing a number of windows in my 20+ year old home. They carried a particular brand of vinyl window I was looking for and communication was top notch. The installers were professional, friendly & did an excellent job with the installation.
