If you're looking for houses that will last for 7 or 8 years if you're lucky - hawked by signs laying on the side of the road - Craftmark is for you. I had to sell mine for a loss.
Steer clear. Cheap materials and shoddy construction will do you in with this place. My new home looked good at first, but it's been one problem after another. That's why they have to put signs up all over the place to advertise their houses: they have a hard time selling them.
When you have to litter nice neighborhoods with ugly signs advertising your houses, it's never a good sign. Houses sell themselves in this area. When they don't, you know there's trouble.
