Lori, the sales representative, was communicative and professional, making the process smooth and straightforward. A special shoutout to Larry, the construction manager—his knowledge and attention to detail were invaluable. I made an appointment to view a home I'm very interested in. I arrived on time, but the door was locked. I called the number listed on the site multiple times with no answer, left a voicemail, and even texted as requested in their message. It's been three days and I haven't heard back. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

We built our home in 2011. So it’s been thirteen years. Knock on wood no major issues. The Lennox HVAC gas furnace unit is something we are looking to replace now. Overall the construction process was smooth, Mike Holland was our sales person. Our construction supervisor was also great, don’t remember his name. The finishes, quality, from Structural beams to floors to everything still looks new and sturdy . We purchased our new home from Craftmark. They were easy to work w/ and very professional. We chose one of the models they recommended for our lot, and then we chose a lot of their upgrades (expanded back of the house, deck, patio, finished attic, etc.) We are very happy w/ the quality of the construction, and have been told by tradesmen that Craftmark uses quality materials and labor.
