The absolute WORST company I have dealt with (deserves NO stars). Understanding customer’s responsibilities with the return policy but also expecting Crafters and Weavers products to not be defective upon receipt. Totally shady company. They send you garbage and are banking on you not returning it because shipping is on you. SCAM!!
So far our experience is theft of $3000.00. Our product had a ten day delivery period which has now expired. No calls are being returned after 3 voice mails. This is a fraudulent company and should we receive our product, intact, I will change this review. Do not buy from these thieves. Update: We wound up being very pleased with our purchase, even with the lacking communication.
Bought a rather expensive office chair. Was very pleased when it arrived and then the problems started. Several screws fell out and we had to put them back in. Not to bad. Then the seat adjustment quit working. Then the chair seat started tiltiing. Just enough to really bug you. Was it worth the purchase? No. Chair itself is beautiful, but the mechanisms are extreemly poor. No warranty after the fact.
Had similar experience to others. Ordered a teak outdoor cabinet. It came damaged and they said they would send out another but didn’t hear anything after. Contacted again and was told it was out of stock but we could get it fixed and they would reimburse us. I don’t want to deal with finding a company to fix it so I wanted to just return. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. The item was suddenly back in stock and they could send a replacement but only after the credit card dispute was removed.
