Bought a rather expensive office chair. Was very pleased when it arrived and then the problems started. Several screws fell out and we had to put them back in. Not to bad. Then the seat adjustment quit working. Then the chair seat started tiltiing. Just enough to really bug you. Was it worth the purchase? No. Chair itself is beautiful, but the mechanisms are extreemly poor. No warranty after the fact.

Had similar experience to others. Ordered a teak outdoor cabinet. It came damaged and they said they would send out another but didn’t hear anything after. Contacted again and was told it was out of stock but we could get it fixed and they would reimburse us. I don’t want to deal with finding a company to fix it so I wanted to just return. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. The item was suddenly back in stock and they could send a replacement but only after the credit card dispute was removed. We recently purchased a large sideboard from Crafters & Weavers and were generally displeased with the entire process. My wife and I were looking for a piece that would fit a rather specific dimension based on where the piece would go. We went to the showroom to look at the piece that was advertised on their website; however, when we arrived we were informed that the piece was not at this showroom anymore. We had an excellent experience with Crafters and Weavers! We bought two pieces of furniture from them. The first one we bought was a filing cabinet and we liked it so much that we ordered a barrister bookcase.They are both well made and look beautiful in our home. A special thanks to two of your superb staff members. We truly appreciate the wonderful assistance that we received from Julia in the office and two great deliveries done by Harman for both shipments. I’m disappointed in this furniture. The loose cushions will NOT stay in place even with ties. It looks messy all the time. The round wood plugs in the arm rests are not centered with the wood grain and look cheap. We had been led to believe your furniture was a good match to Stickley but it’s pretty much a cut-rate version. Also your delivery company really overworks its employees (women) and expects them to show up late at night to deliver large, heavy items ALONE!
