We had an excellent experience with Crafters and Weavers! We bought two pieces of furniture from them. The first one we bought was a filing cabinet and we liked it so much that we ordered a barrister bookcase.They are both well made and look beautiful in our home. A special thanks to two of your superb staff members. We truly appreciate the wonderful assistance that we received from Julia in the office and two great deliveries done by Harman for both shipments. Many thanks to both of this excellent professionals!

I’m disappointed in this furniture. The loose cushions will NOT stay in place even with ties. It looks messy all the time. The round wood plugs in the arm rests are not centered with the wood grain and look cheap. We had been led to believe your furniture was a good match to Stickley but it’s pretty much a cut-rate version. Also your delivery company really overworks its employees (women) and expects them to show up late at night to deliver large, heavy items ALONE! This company is a scam. They charged me $2600 and shipped my item in clearly inadequate box and packaging. It arrived with all of the glass broken, and the wooden shelving in splinters. Despite the very encouraging promises on their website, and the fact that the shipping was arranged and paid for by them, they refuse to issue me a replacement. They scammed me out of $2600 - DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Initially used chat to get some basic information, then we phoned. Talked with Kashif. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We talked about pieces, pricing, and shipping. I told him I was leery of ordering furnture online. He gave me his personal cell number and wanted me to contact him at anytime. After talking with wife, we placed the order. We bought 2 Mission style pieces from Crafters and Weavers. The delivery company, Gugelplex Transport, was absolutely wonderful!! They contacted us, gave us an ETA, and were right on time. We live in the mountains - a difficult delivery - he helped us into the house, to unwrap and to place them in the bedroom. The whole operation took less than 30 minutes. The furniture is beautiful - and so was its delivery! Nathan, thank you very much!
