This company has had my order for over a month and not shipped. They have no ETA. They turned off their phones because they are getting so many inbound phone calls from angry customers demanding the status of their orders. Emailed customer service and heard back a week later they have no ETA whatsoever for when they will ship the products. Great products and great employees. When ordering online, I never had to wait more than 2 days for them to fill my order for pickup. Great fragrances… can’t be beat!
