Great service by all doctors
Dear Crafter Health Team, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my experience at the clinic today. My daughter had a scheduled GP appointment at 3:15 pm and was also due to receive vaccinations. When we arrived, we were directed to sit in the vaccination area. When the nurse came to speak with us, I politely suggested that because my daughter already had a GP appointment booked, it might be best for her to see the doctor first before receiving the vaccination. Gone down hill since going into the new building. It's to busy and no personalised service any more. Takes ages to get through on the phone and it took me 3 follow up calls to get a blood referral form. I've been going to Crafter for 30 years so bigger isn't necessarily better.
