the doctors here are great. would trust dr lee with my life. however the receptionist staff are very unfriendly and unorganised, they do not call you to follow up test results or evens acknowledge you when you walk in.
Disinterested and dismissive Dr just wanted to offer a bandaid fix and come back if doesn't resolve (and then give them more money). Nurse who gave me test results over the phone essentially blamed me for getting sick, also dismissed my concerns and wanted to compare me to her one year old grandkid. Extremely unprofessional service for a nurse. Reception staff who I saw in person was lovely and helpful.
horrible patient service. Got referred for test by one of there GP's and never got the results. Front desk staff do not make you feel welcome more an make you feel like an imposition.
