Received two bottles of an expensive compounded topical nail solution on 7/30/26 that was supposed to be a 6 month supply. Both bottles have an expiration date of 9/28/26. When I called to question this, I was told the compounded solution was made in June and even though a 90 day expiration date was put on the bottle, it would be fine to use for 6 months. So I am supposed to take their word for it that the ingredients in a compounded solution will remain effective past the expiration date. I was not offered any other options... read more
They sent incorrect number of capsules multiple times
They work with direct meds who are scamming people out of their money. They charged my account after I told them not to send my prescription and to cancel my account. Then I got an email an hour later saying they couldn't give my money back because my medicine had already shipped and was delivered 4 days later. I get an email now saying it just shipped from Crafted Rx today after it was delivered .Maybe you should look for another company to do business with.

Absolutely amazing! These people have looked at me and treated me like family the whole time I have been with the company for over 7 years now! Although they have switched to a new company, they still make sure I’m taken care of. Thank you for always treating me like family and making sure I’m very well taken care of!!! My family and I absolutely love them!! 👌🏼🫶
