LESS then 1 star!!!!!!!!! I am calling the BBB on these people! they NEVER answer the phone & NEVER call back. Its been 3 months since the template guy was out & he quoted me 4-6 weeks! LOL This company is a joke!!! so unprofessional
Ordered counter tops from Crafted surface and stone through Home Depot, initially they said 4 to 6 weeks, after 3 months of ru around, they said they don’t have a firm date! Home Depot called me and asked me to go with a different supplier since Crafted Surface and stone doesn’t have the material! Don’t waste your time going with them or Home Depot.
I wish I would have read the reviews before we ordered our kitchen countertops through Home Depot. Home Depot had advised us that it would be about 3-4 weeks from order date that the counter would be installed. Addison Marchie reached out to have the Templator come out. Addison also advised me that countertops are typically installed within 4-6 weeks. While a different timeline from Home Depot, we were still okay with it. I was recently working on a special project that required me to obtain some material on very short notice. I called Crafted Surface and Stone, and Laura and her team were able to get me what I needed that same day, while providing plenty of options and insight on what would work best for my team's needs. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the whole Crafted team, and without their help, my project wouldn't have been able to get done. Thank you Crafted and Laura for a wonderful experience!
