Very disappointed! I’ve been wearing a hair system for almost twenty five years. Zack’s haircuts are excellent. The problem is the quality of the hair system & his customer service! I usually get a minimum of 4/5 months out of a piece sometimes 7. I take very good care of them. I was offered three different thicknesses & chose the thickest. Zack is an amazing barber! My uncle was hesitant to even think about getting a hair system but after much convincing (on my part) he agreed to see Zack. Change can be hard for people but after getting his hair system, my uncle was wishing he had seen Zack sooner. Zack did a great job on my friends hair! I actually never knew he wore a hair system until recently and always thought he just had really thick hair lol. Then we got to talking and he told me he went to Zack and I am super impressed by the appearance, and quality of the hair. It’s completely undetectable! And listen, I can spot a wig from a mile away so, if I can’t tell, no one can! Ha!
