Very disappointed! I’ve been wearing a hair system for almost twenty five years. Zack’s haircuts are excellent. The problem is the quality of the hair system & his customer service! I usually get a minimum of 4/5 months out of a piece sometimes 7. I take very good care of them. I was offered three different thicknesses & chose the thickest. Zack is an amazing barber! My uncle was hesitant to even think about getting a hair system but after much convincing (on my part) he agreed to see Zack. Change can be hard for people but after getting his hair system, my uncle was wishing he had seen Zack sooner.
