If I could give negative star reviews, I would do so. Initial communication with Justin was terrific. He replied promptly and gave some excellent suggestions for the sofa and chairs I wished to have made. The drawings were an excellent representation of what I was after, and I was most excited at the quote and timeframe promised – 6-8 weeks at most. LOVE our new sofa from Crafted. The team were so helpful each step of the way - they helped us pick the fabric during covid where we couldn’t visit the showroom and kept us up to date with the progress. The delivery guys were excellent also and set the whole lounge up for us and took away all the rubbish. So SO grateful for Paul and the entire team.
Love my sofa! The wait was worth it! Great attention to detail and workmanship....nothing nicer than a new sofa ...makes 'lockdown' more pleasurable! Thanks to the Crafted team.
