Spent a wonderful evening here with a friend and it was overall a great experience. From the moment we were seated to the end of our mealtime, we were well taken care of by the pleasant employees and felt very comfortable. The restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere, the food was delicious and well thought out with local ties, and the waitress we had was such a delight. Sat outside. Cool old hotel. The spoon bread was excellent and unique. My wife got the croissant chicken salad sandwich (spiced chicken salad sandwich) and it was excellent. The breakfast burrito was good but her sandwich was better. The server was very friendly. We were able to sit outside with our dog.
Came here for lunch while passing through Berea. Love the spicy chicken biscuit sliders with pepper jelly. The spoon bread is good, too. It has a nice cornbread/pancake texture to it. Our server, Victoria, couldn’t have been nicer.
