My review does not reflect an evaluation of the food trucks. They are consistently 4-5 stars. Unfortunately the brick and mortar is wildly inconsistent. Often not open during normal operating hours The food here (not the trucks) is anywhere between meh and excellent. You really don't know what to expect. I wish I could give them a better review because I know they're capable of pushing great food, it just seems like many things are lacking at this point.

Had this at the food truck at Brignole Vineyards. This was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had, no question. It was perfectly breaded, fried and crispy. The garlic aioli hit perfectly with the potato wedges, definitely a hidden gem, must stop place for a great chicken sandwich.

As the kids say, the sandwich I had here was GAS. I got it all gf and always they're not as good as normal ones but here it was excellent. Wedges are hard to get crispy, they were perfectly done here. The amounts were pretty decent, didn't leave feeling overstuffed. Sauces were great. Definitely adding this to my regular restaurant stops.

Best chicken around by far
