Placed an online order weeks ago. Have not heard anything from the store since and have tried to email and call multiple times. Their phone seems to be disconnected. I get an error chime and immediately disconnected every time i call.
This is my first time ordering so we will see. My wife uses this site often and is very happy. Looking forward to getting my vinyl and getting to work and doing the decals for my wife’s business.
Such a hardworking team. They have a great variety of products, and I especially like their new holographic vinyl. Love supporting this small business.
I tried their Iron On Transfer paper for dark fabric. It took the printer ink well, but when I tried weeding it, it shredded (as if it was old & dry). I timed the drying per the instructions- but the image tore into the inked & adhesive layers off the base layer. Wasted a lot of time & ink!
