Poor service and inconsiderate We went to Craft Rug Mills based on the suggestion of a friend. Their selection is excellent and prices are comparable to other large places, although not really much lower. However, the service we have received and their attitude towards us as customers has been a nightmare. Our carpeting was to be installed a month ago and is still not in. We were impressed by their well-laid out, easy-to-shop showroom, large in stock selection, knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, and low factory-direct prices. Compared to other estimates we received, we saved at least $900 and got a better carpet and pad; furthermore, their installers did a fantastic job!
