Our furnace went out during the absolute coldest week (with sub zero temps) we had in January, 2024. LIHEAP got us a new furnace (thank goodness) as I was out of work due to poor health. The install was fine. Mark & his brother were nice. I had to call multiple times at the start of Summer, 2024 with what I thought was a pretty simple question. I never got a call back.
