Extremely un reliable and no communication and constant errors or mistakes
Not impressed after 5 years being with them, Sam has been a real disappointment, doesnt return messages and on many occasions for my business they never filed my monthly sales tax information causing me to get fines (they did cover the fines for me but still not a good practice) i truely wish the service had been better because personally i liked Sam just not the results and service i was receiving.
