I had a haircut with Ali today. I asked for long face framing layers and to remove dead ends. My hair was very long (past my ribcage) so I specifically gestured for about 5 inches to be removed. At the end, she told me she cut 6 inches, but when I got home I measured and 11 inches were actually cut off. There are no layers, my hair was cut straight across my collarbone. My bangs are uneven.
