I dropped into the 5am class and had a very positive experience. The instructor was very kind. She made sure I knew exactly what to do and that my form was correct. Everyone was welcoming and encouraging. The facility is top notch. 10/10 recommend!
The best review I could give is to state the facts and let you decide for yourself. I’m not a morning person and have never been a morning person. If I could sleep until 9, 10 or later every day I would, even if not going to bed that late. I joined Craft Fitness in May of 2022 after being fed up with my fitness and health and after a period of inactivity, and in the last year I have gotten up at 4 AM to drive 20 minutes to the 5 AM class, which is the only class I know I will not be able to make excuses to miss. Dropped in last week while traveling for work. Great people, great coaching, and great facility. Very clean and lots of space to work with. Coach Dmitry was excellent with explaining all the movements of the workout, and even assisted with providing some pointers on form and technique with me. Highly recommend this place and I will be back the next time I'm in town.
