Can't say enough good things about this company! My dad's whole-house generator went out in the middle of the big outage we just had. My dad is older (I'm no spring chicken myself) and we were having to bail water from his sump pump and haul it upstairs every 10 - 15 minutes all night long. By morning, we were exhausted. Craft came highly recommended to me from a Consumer's Energy Foreman. I had a tree fall onto powerlines during a storm and the momentum pulled my conduit pole/rail off the side of my house, CE informed me that it needed to be fixed by an electrician before they could reconnect my power to the pole.
