Dr Stamoolis is a great doctor, and her assistant is very professional as well
My experience with Craft Concierge has been excellent right from the start, from the initial call to find out more about how it works, to the in person consultation where I got to tour the office. Dr. Stamoolis takes her time, she listens and you can tell she cares about her patients. Her CCMA Kristian is also the best, so kind, compassionate and understanding, she wants you to be comfortable. I visited Crafts Concierge after being extremely frustrated with my primary care physician. What a night and day! When I visited Craft Concierge, the doctor spent almost an hour with me listening concerns and providing me with the appropriate treatment. I did not have to wait for the doctor and most of the hour was spent taking care of my concerns. Highly recommended.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Stamoolis, from Craft Concierge last Tuesday. She was very thorough, she asked a lot of questions, and made some recommendations for additional testing. I feel very confident that I am in good hands. Communication from her office has been outstanding. I highly recommend her. PS. Her assistant Kristen had to draw several vials of blood from me; the needle stick was completely painless.
I am so impressed by Craft Concierge. Traditional primary care offices have been a nightmare and this place is the complete opposite. Dr. Stamoolis really took her time to understand my concerns, my history, and do a thorough evaluation to come up with a plan to help me. If you value personalized care and want to stay healthy long term this is certainly the place for you. The front desk and medical assistants are also incredibly friendly and helpful! Highly recommend to everyone in the Tampa area.
