Check your measurements onsite before you leave their business. The documentation attached to the door and door panels looked right but when we got them home and unwrapped the items the total measurements was too large for the opening, and the door was too high for the rough opening we provided. The documentation provided did not match the actual measurements of the products they provided, its like we got the wrong door and window panels. The would not help us and replace them. Absolute great product! We constructed a second storey deck and are able to finish our project with a dry gazebo below. We are Diy'ers and Craftbilt staff were always very supportive with any questions we had. We are still in the process of installing our railings. The engineering and quality of the railings are far beyond anything we have seeing elsewhere. No regrets with our choice and bonus we get to support a canadian company.
Top notch products, and helpful staff. Their railing, and decking is Made in Canada! (Extruded in Mississauga) Still the best!
Their glass aluminum railing is very impressive. Slightly more expensive than what you can get at a big box store but the quality and sturdiness is 10 times better. Would definitely use again.
Great experience from ordering right through to delivery. Showed us all products, gave great advice, didn't try to upsell on things we didn't need, very friendly, love the product and the price. Our deck is the envy of the neighbourhood.
