We started working with these people in March of 2017, it is now June of 2017 ... no fix has been made to date. These people, especially a girl named Barb in customer service is rude and apparently she does not go that extra mile for the end user! When choosing an awning steer clear of this companies' products, their product are average but follow up service is very much under par!
