I recently had Craft BBQ cater my husbands birthday party at our home. They were unbelievable from start to finish from helping us plan our menu, adjusting what we wanted and then the day of they came set it all up, and then came to pick up. We received nothing but the highest praise on the food of the night and everyone was asking who catered. We will be using them again and could not thank them enough for being so easy to work with and providing exceptional food.
I ordered a 2 meat plate - Pork Ribs, and the Brisket. 3 sides Mac'n cheese, baked beans, and the Potato Salad. The meats were great! The ribs just fell off the bone, not too much sauce, and not dry. The Brisket was super tasty and wasn't dry with a nice fatcap and I didn't feel like I didn't get what I paid for to boot. 2 meat plate with 3 sides fed me and my significant other with leftovers to spare. First time here and all I can say is fire ☄️ I ordered a variety brisket tri-tip chicken biscuits, mac & cheese, potato salad nachos. Everything was on hit if you like barbecue then I would highly recommend the spot.
My parents wanted bbq so i stopped and got them some at craft bbq on McHenry in Modesto. I got a loaded baked potato with tri-tip. It usually has cheese but i dont like it melted cheese. The food was delicious 😋. The picture doesn't do it justice. My parents had pulled pork sandwiches but i forgot to take pictures. The service was quick and pleasant. I will be coming back.
If you’re craving BBQ Craft BBQ is the best! We went to Texas recently and nothing compares to Craft BBQ! The brisket is the best! Elote is delicious! The flavor is on point and the bbq is tasty! We look forward to taking a short drive to Modesto! We have gone 4 times! It’s a must I promise!
