The large samples made it significantly easier to confidently finalize our colour and style selection. The quality of the product is exceptional, including the nosing for our stairs, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. Très grande déception, mauvaise qualité et zéro service à la clientèle Sous une utilisation résidentielle normale et légère, le plancher a commencé à montrer des rayures et une usure de surface très rapidement deux semaines suite à l’installation dans ma maison . C’est totalement inacceptable pour un produit vendu et présenté comme étant de qualité supérieure. Selon mon expérience, la durabilité de ce plancher fabriqué en Chine est nettement inférieure aux attentes et ne justifie absolument pas le prix payé. Ce qui est encor... read more
