I purchased UrbanWood engineered hardwood flooring, Soho Di Moda /Elite, which is the highest quality in the line and chosen for its high consistency. It's premium flooring with a premium price. CRAFT Living is the parent company of UrbanWood. About 40 percent of the flooring in the boxes had significant variation and did not match the sample in the store or the photo on UrbanWood's web site. I’ve done 2 very personal projects using Craft flooring and I come back because our values align. Their way of doing business supported us throughout the journey. We were extremely pleased with our purchase of Craft Artisan flooring to replace our existing and damaged main level floor. The large samples made it significantly easier to confidently finalize our colour and style selection. The quality of the product is exceptional, including the nosing for our stairs, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and for choosing this product.
Très grande déception, mauvaise qualité et zéro service à la clientèle Sous une utilisation résidentielle normale et légère, le plancher a commencé à montrer des rayures et une usure de surface très rapidement deux semaines suite à l’installation dans ma maison . C’est totalement inacceptable pour un produit vendu et présenté comme étant de qualité supérieure.
