The staff are by far the friendliest of any store I've been in. Everyone knows exactly where everything is right off the top of their heads or will be more than willing to help you find it.

It is easy to always go to HD and Lowe’s, but I have learned from my own experience, Craft American Hardware is better, much more personable, and they often have things the big stores don’t. I am not talking about kitchen interiors or appliances, but anything and everything that can be classified as HW, garden and patio, outdoor cooking, pool supplies you name it. I always come here. The staff is friendly, more knowledgeable and very helpful. Quick in-quick out, and I always leave with a smile. Lars
The transaction was exceptionally easy. I ordered online and everything was ready when I arrived. They even hold the 150 lb order to my vehicle. On top of it all, the cost was extremely reasonable.
