The employees here in the Millbury store are top notch and are always extremely helpful. Specifically Tony, when it comes to customer service hands down he goes out of his way ( literally ) every time to make sure you have exactly what you need. I have been a Crafco customer for almost a decade. Tony is always a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and always accommodating- whether helping me trouble shoot over the phone or fixing my equipment quickly to minimize downtime. They make it easy to be a loyal customer.
