The ladies in your A/P & A/R department are very rude! They both had horrible customer service. We've used your company for years, so I'll talk with our operations manager to go elsewhere. Being in the same line of work, I would never talk to or treat any of our vendors this way.
You need a new sales rep in the Ohio area . Loosing lots of business with who you have there . Your distributor is rude, arrogant, most disrespectful salesman I have ever met in my life. I cannot believe how corporate does not see this. Every contractor in the area knows how bad they are.
