This company is amazing they came out and replaced my whole electrical panel and receptical in my Old home and did a fantastic job doing it ,also where I couldn't feel central air before I feel it now I thought it was something with my ductwork but it was'nt.. they finished in the time they say they would finish which was 3 hours and they're very attentive to detail.. they've been doing it for over 40 years and it shows. Our walk in freezer at our restaurant kept blowing its fuse. I called Craddock Electric to see if they could repair. Steven (the owner) talked with me about the issue and actually solved it for me over the phone. It wasn't anything to do with our panel box, it was the compressor on our freezer. Great guy, very helpful!!!

I wish that I could give this company six stars because they really do deserve it. Steven is extremely thorough, professional and quality driven. The crew arrived in a timely manner. They kept me informed as to their delays. I didn’t have to keep begging for work performance or follow ups. Every text message was answered immediately. He has old school values when it comes to job performance and customer service. I wish we had met this contractor six years ago when we first purchased the house. His prices are fair. From first contact, they were professional, responsive, and straightforward. He arrived on time, walked me through the whole process and got everything done efficiently without any mess or surprises. The install was super clean—neat cable runs, precise mounting, and the work area left spotless. Fantastic service, great price, and good people! Highly recommend!!!

I am beyond grateful for Mr. Craddock and his amazing team. They came out literally right before Thanksgiving to fix a kitchen outlet, which was a BIG deal since I was hosting. Talk about saving the day Another electrician that had come out the day before told me he would need to cut holes in my ceiling to access the electrical source or whatever.
