Courteous, efficient crew who kept me informed during the project and completed the work in a timely and very satisfactory manner.
Doug and his team were top-notch from start to finish. I provided photos to via email which informed their preliminary estimate, then Doug visited my house to get a better sense of the condition of my basement and any related concerns. Overall, his work and customer service were excellent. He even went above and beyond in areas of the basement that needed a little extra TLC. I'd highly recommend Doug and the Crack-X team for your basement repointing projects!
We had sand finding its way into our basement… Crack-X identified the source as entering in around our septic pipe and did a great job sealing around the pipe. We’ve had no more problem with sand leaking from the outside. Thank you!
You watch the videos on YouTube, you think about doing it yourself. Don't! This guy showed up on time, 3 hours later it was expertly done. They have everything they need to complete the job. Problem 100% solved. I thought I was going to have to do an excavation on the outside of my foundation before I found CrackX. Give it a shot you have nothing to lose!
