I had an excellent experience with Crackmasters Auto Glass. Phil is amazing to deal with, super professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about his customers. The customer service is top-notch, and the pricing is honestly the lowest I found anywhere. I actually traveled from Calgary just to get my windshield replaced here, and it was 100% worth it. What makes a business successful: exceptional customer service and good prices. Previously, I had my windshield replaced on one of my vehicles and today went in to get a crack repaired. The crack went from being really noticeable to a small spot. I was pleased they could repair it as the alternative would have been shelling out $800 for a new windshield. I’m not coming back here for my next windshield due to the extremely rude owner who literally snapped on me when i asked for a printed receipt.
