All I have to say is I really appreciate how bright and kind our waitress, Brigitte was. Even thought it was busy, crowded and all of the servers were stressed she kept a smile and was kind to every customer. Thank you Brigitte!
Our first time here and it was great! Parking lot was FULL but still found a good one quickly in the back. Immediately sat on a busy Saturday morning, greeters were friendly and the table bussers were so quick and present. Kiyora was our server and she was so kind to make suggestions for my daughter and asked when we needed certain items to be brought out. She was quick and didn’t miss a beat! I ordered pick up at curbside and the instructions said wait in the car and someone will bring it out. After waiting some time I went to the window to check on my food which was just sitting there. I don’t mind having to getting out and walking to the window but don’t give instructions to wait in the car and not have anyone bring the food. Who knows how long my food was sitting there because it was pretty cold by the time I got it. Very disappointing
This was the newest version restaurant, was very pleasing, great modern look.
I feel like the online waitlist is a placebo to get people to come. On multiple occasions I’ve gotten on the waitlist online, and when I show up in person, they just put me on the real list and we have to wait the same amount of time. Servers are not the best, not super friendly, not super nice, simply ok. For example, my server seemed bothered when I returned my latte because I didn’t like it.
