Not the best customer service sent messages through the web chat option it shows they were read within few minutes but never replied so went somewhere else and had my phone fixed

Back in December I came to get my phone fixed and it only took him a short amount of time. Totally recommend!!
I called about a possible screen repair for a Kyocera durasport 5g. Unfortunately, they are unable to get parts for them other than the charging port. But he was very helpful and friendly, and gave me some possible suggestions.
