Several years ago, the team did an amazing job waterproofing our basement. Unfortunately, we’ve had some recent problems in the area that was waterproofed and I have tried to contact the company for follow up. I have now left multiple messages over many days and had no callback at all, I don’t know if this is a zombie company that’s no longer actually working. That’s the only explanation I can conceive of for not at least giving a former client or a prospective client callback in a timely way.
Super disappointed. After having a good experience with them for a job in 2022, we recommended them to someone recently, confident that they would give them the same great service. Sadly, crack attack team was a no show to THREE different scheduled on-site quotes. They are not responding to phone calls or emails now, even after I have tried to help and reach out (hoping it was a one-off). Something has happened with this company so unfortunately I do not recommend working with them.
Heard great things about them and the previous owner used them so called for an estimate then called 2 more times finally got a response appointment scheduled and they didn’t show.

Not sure what went wrong, got an estimate for a crack repair, everything was going great, very responsive in the beginning Seems like they do great work, and would love to support local business But since estimate i have not received any communication, been waiting about a month
