Just had my basement crack repaired. I'm very happy with the work, arrived on time and answered my questions. Robert frm St Charles drove to Hawk Point bc a worker out on sick leave. The repair took <2hours. Appreciate the experience of Robert.
Really disappointed with the outcome of the overall service. We’ve had work done by this company and need to get in touch RE: warranty but have not heard a peep back after contacting and leaving messages since January 2025. Really disheartening to know that the longevity of a client relationship and job well done is not a priority
Several years ago, the team did an amazing job waterproofing our basement. Unfortunately, we’ve had some recent problems in the area that was waterproofed and I have tried to contact the company for follow up. I have now left multiple messages over many days and had no callback at all, I don’t know if this is a zombie company that’s no longer actually working. That’s the only explanation I can conceive of for not at least giving a former client or a prospective client callback in a timely way.
Super disappointed. After having a good experience with them for a job in 2022, we recommended them to someone recently, confident that they would give them the same great service. Sadly, crack attack team was a no show to THREE different scheduled on-site quotes. They are not responding to phone calls or emails now, even after I have tried to help and reach out (hoping it was a one-off). Something has happened with this company so unfortunately I do not recommend working with them.
