Left 2 messages, finally got a response. In his defense, he was out of town for Thanksgiving, but his voice mail said calls would be returned, and they were booking appointments for the next day. After getting a text telling me he was out of town and would call soon as he got back, I never heard from him. Sent another message, no response, and to date haven't received one.
